Daily requirements for pv supports

Photovoltaic support is a kind of support made of stainless steel or aluminum alloy to support solar energy.When we buy it back,we should strictly follow the steps and comply with the daily requirements.Here is a brief introduction to the daily requirements of the equipment:

First,reduce the occurrence of accidents

1.During the construction of supports,if local damage is caused due to the necessity of construction,it shall be repaired in time after the completion of construction,and damage to relevant buildings and ancillary facilities shall be avoided as far as possible.

2.When the roof is installed,if it cannot be welded or connected due to structural obstacles,measures should be taken to increase the adhesion between the base and the roof,and fixed by wire tensioning method or bracket extension fixing method,etc.The embedded parts of the base should be firmly welded or connected with the reinforcement of the roof main structure.

3.After the foundation is made,the damaged or involved part of the roof shall be treated according to the standard requirements to prevent water seepage and rain leakage.

The frame and bracket of the photovoltaic cell module shall be connected with the grounding system

1,it is the material,service life is 20 years,the material to high temperature galvanized steel and stainless steel is preferred.

2,the firmness should be able to withstand continuous load,wind,snow,earthquake pressure and other external forces.

3.Fix the assembly with bolts.Fix the bracket on the roof first,then install the solar module on the bracket,and screw it through the mounting hole of the flat gasket assembly and bracket frame.The screw is then passed through the flat gasket and the spring gasket,and then tightened the nut.

Iii.The installation structure shall be simple and strong

1.The materials for manufacturing and installing photovoltaic array supports shall be able to withstand wind,rain and rain erosion and various kinds of corrosion.

2.Electroplated aluminum profiles,electroplated steel and stainless steel are ideal choices.The welding quality requirements of the support should meet the requirements,and the weight should be reduced as far as possible in accordance with the design requirements,so as to facilitate transportation and installation.
